VITALS Detected lifesigns
such as heartbeat, breathing, pulse or blood pressure. If no vitals can be detected,
CPR is immediately administered. If the victims does not respond to CPR before an ambulance arrives, a defibrillator is used
to shock the heart back to its normal rhythm.
