Reason For Becoming A Lifeguard: In the beginning, the spoiled girl's purpose was to "have
fun at the beach" and hang around with her friends. She preferred the sand and not boat patroling duty.
Later, she faced reality. It was no picnic-just hard work. Wanted to do something outside of the stuffy world where she
came from. To serve the community. Parents-her father in particular disapproved.
