Billy Warlock was born in Gardena, California. In June of 1997, Billy was offered the role of A.J. Quartermaine on ABC's General Hospital. When he was hired to double for Robin Williams in an episode of Mork & Mindy, Billy had the opportunity to work with director Garry Marshall. Six months later, he beat out Michael J. Fox and John Stamos for the role of Flip Phillips in the 1982-1983 season of the hit series Happy Days.

He started in daytime in 1984 when he starred for one year as ricky Driscoll on Capitol. In the spring of 1986, he auditioned for Days of Our Lives, where he spent three years portraying the memorable Frankie Brady, which garnered him a Daytime Emmy Award for Best Actor/Younger Leading Man in 1988. He left Days of Our Lives to star as Eddie Kramer on Baywatch. He had another series, The Hat Squad.

His TV movies include Honor Thy Father and Mother: The True Story of the Menendez Murders, for which he received critical acclaim. On the big screen, he has Hotshot and Society both by Arista Pictures. He has also starred in Steel Sharks and Opposite Corners and Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding/FOX in February 2003.
